POSITION TITLE:   Personnel Clerk

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  Administrative Staff Calendar

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Input personnel information accuately and timely. 
  2. Maintain accurate accounting records by ensuring that all personnel is recorded in an accurate and timely manner.

  3. Assist in the preparation of reports for local, state, and federal agencies.

  4. Maintain, communicate and coordinate personnel records with district staff. 

  5. Create, edit, and manage district account codes in accordance with the Oklahoma Financial Accounting guidelines.

  6. Assist auditors in finding and interpreting district information.

  7. Provide clerical and administrative support for the Administration Office.

 OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Attend meetings and training as required.

  2. Maintain confidentiality.

  3. Perform such other duties as may be required.
