A High School Band Director leads, instructs, and manages the instrumental music program, including marching band, concert ensembles, and jazz band. Key responsibilities include designing curriculum, conducting rehearsals, managing equipment/budgets, organizing performances (competitions, football games, concerts), and directing booster club fundraising.
